  • How far in advance should I book portable toilets?

For standard events, we advise booking portable toilets 2-4 weeks ahead. Larger events or those during peak seasons (summer and holidays) require 2-3 months' notice. Construction sites typically need 1-2 weeks' advance booking before the project begins.
  • How many portable toilets do I need for my event?

The number of portable toilets needed depends on the event type and duration. For a 4-hour event, plan for 1 unit per 50 attendees. An 8-hour workday without food or drinks requires 1 unit per 100 people, while an 8-hour event with refreshments needs 1 unit per 75 people. Construction sites should have 1 unit for every 10 workers during a 40-hour week. If alcohol is served, increase the number of units by 15-20%.
  • What types of portable toilets are available?

We offer a range of portable sanitation solutions. These include standard portable toilets, premium deluxe or VIP units, ADA-compliant accessible units, portable handwashing stations, portable shower units, and restroom trailers featuring multiple stalls and upscale amenities.
  • How much does it cost to rent a portable toilet?

Rental costs vary based on the unit type and duration. Standard units typically range from $75-$150 per day or $150-$300 weekly. Deluxe units are priced between $150-$300 daily, while ADA-accessible units cost $150-$250 per day. Restroom trailers start at $500 and can exceed $2,500 daily, depending on size and features. Extended rentals, such as for construction sites or monthly use, often qualify for reduced rates.
  • What's included in the rental price?

Our rental prices generally cover delivery, pickup, basic supplies (toilet paper and hand sanitizer), regular servicing for multi-day rentals, and waste disposal. Additional fees may apply for expedited delivery, special placement requirements, extra servicing, cancellations, or damage to units.
  • How often are portable toilets serviced?

For multi-day events, we provide regular servicing. Construction sites typically receive service 1-2 times per week, while high-traffic events may require daily servicing. We also offer customized servicing schedules upon request. Each service includes waste removal, supply replenishment, and unit sanitation.
  • What amenities come with standard portable toilets?

Our standard units are equipped with toilet paper, hand sanitizer, a ventilation system, a door with an occupancy indicator, and a non-slip floor. Premium units may feature additional amenities such as a handwashing sink with running water, a mirror, interior lighting, a coat hook, expanded interior space, and an air freshener.
  • Where can portable toilets be placed?

Portable toilets require a flat, level surface for placement. The location should be accessible to delivery trucks, which typically need 30+ feet of clearance. It must also allow access for service trucks for weekly maintenance. Placement should comply with local regulations regarding distance from food preparation areas and provide sufficient space around units for user access. Our team can often accommodate challenging locations using specialized equipment.
  • Are portable toilets ADA-compliant?

We offer ADA-compliant units that meet all accessibility requirements. These feature wider doors and interior spaces for wheelchair access, grab bars, lower seat heights, and full compliance with ADA regulations. For public events, the ADA typically mandates that at least 5% of provided toilets be accessible units.
  • What happens in case of damage or vandalism?

Our rental agreements outline policies for various scenarios. Normal wear and tear is covered by our company. Damage beyond normal use is typically the customer's responsibility. Vandalism is usually the customer's responsibility as well. Policies regarding tipped-over units may vary depending on the circumstances. We recommend discussing insurance options and liability details when reserving your units.
